Responsibilities
The quality office administrator is responsible for Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client care folders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Providing general administrative support, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and update scheduling systems. Monitor and log arrivals and departures and prepare compliance reports for management review. Sharing updates on policies, procedures, and client needs. Assist in organizing meetings, training, support the onboarding process for new care staff. Oversee office supplies, handle confidential information in compliance with GDPR, and provide support to Care Manager. Take minutes at meetings as required. Conduct monthly well-being sessions for staff to support personal and professional health across the workforce.
